Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C. Upadhyay, the learned Brief Holder for the State respondents.
The claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds has been rejected inter alia on the respondents finding that the wife of the deceased government servant is already employed with the respondents.
Viewed in that backdrop it is evident that the claim of the petitioner is not maintainable under the 1974 Rules.
The petition is consequently dismissed.
