Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.S. Kushwaha, learned counsel appearing for the Commission.
Undisputely, the qualification as prescribed in the advertisement was of B.com. with Accountancy as a major subject. The petitioner, although he holds a M.Com degree, possesses a BBA certificate.
There is no material on record to indicate that the BBA certificate or qualification as possessed by the petitioner is equivalent to the B.Com degree as prescribed and stipulated in the advertisement. Consequently no ground is made out for issuance of the writs as prayed for.
The writ petition is dismissed.
