JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the captioned writ petition has been rendered infructuous and therefore, he has instructions not to press the writ petition further.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Resultantly, the accompanying miscellaneous petition will, thus, stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
