According to the petitioner, his representation against opening of the history sheet is pending before the Superintendent of Police, Bijnor vide annexure No. 7 dated 29.9.2020.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that purpose of filing this writ petition would be served if direction is issued to the concerned authority to decide the pending application, if already not decided.
State counsel has no objection to this proposition.
The petition is disposed of directing the Superintendent of Police, Bijnor to decide the pending representation of the petitioner, if already not decide, in accordance with law. In case, the pending application has already not been decided, the petitioner may give supplementary representation.
It is made clear that this Court has observed nothing on the merits of the case and the Authority concerned to act in accordance with law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court, Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner(s) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person(s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number(s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court, Allahabad and shall made a declaration of such verification in writing.
