Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Sri Vishal Kakkar, the learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that after due enquiry proceedings under Section 67 were drawn and final orders have been passed thereon on 23 and 27 April 2018. Sri Kakkar states that the orders shall be executed with expedition and in accordance with law.
In view thereof, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
