Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Prashant Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 5588 of 2017 u/ss 406, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Shahjahanpur pending before Additional C.J.M.-II, Shahjahanpur.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants and O.P. No.2 have entered into compromise but the court concerned is not disposing of the same. Photo-copy of the said compromise entered into between the parties has been filed before this Court and the same is annexed at page Nos. 28-29.
In view of the above, it is directed that if the accused applicants and O.P. No.2 appear before the court below within 15 days with a certified copy of this order and pray for disposal of the said compromise application, the same shall be decided by the court concerned within a period of one month positively.
With the aforesaid direction, this application Under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
