JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the concerned respondent to implement the proceedings dated 30.12.2016 passed in O.Mu.No.Va4/51156/2016 by the first respondent, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.It is seen from the records that with regard to removal of name board, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent and the first respondent has forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the fifth respondent. But the fifth respondent so far has not taken any action. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
3.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the fifth respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the basis of proceedings dated 30.12.2016 passed by the first respondent in O.Mu.No.Va4/51156/2016 within a period of one month.
