JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) We have heard party-in-person as well as Mr. Pranav Trivedi, learned counsel for the respondent No.1-Corporation and Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.
As such, in absence of any stay order of the Higher Forum, it is obligatory on the part of the officers of the Corporation to comply with the order. However, Mr. Trivedi, learned counsel for the Corporation states that since their officers were communicated that the matter is carried before the Apex Court, no actions were taken. Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 states that immediate steps shall be taken for moving the matter to the Apex Court at least for interim protection.
Under the circumstances, it is directed that in absence of any prohibitory order of the Apex Court within a period of two weeks from today, it will be required for the officers of the Corporation i.e. respondent Nos.1 and 2 to comply with the order and report the compliance within 10 days thereafter. In the event any prohibitory stay is granted by the Apex Court, no action would be required by the officers of the Corporation and the rights of the parties shall stand governed accordingly. S.O. to 31st July,2012.
