Petitioner claims that three years after retirement of one Krishnaveer Singh, she got married to him and that a child is born out of the said wedlock. It is stated that earlier wife of the employee died in the year 2010, whereafter petitioner has remarried with Krishnaveer Singh in 2011. It is also stated that employee Krishnaveer Singh is suffering from cancer and has intimated to the authorities that petitioner be shown as his nominee but no action is being taken upon it.
Claim of the petitioner is opposed by the learned Standing Counsel.
Admittedly, as on date the employee concerned i.e. Krishnaveer Singh is alive. No right otherwise accrues to the petitioner, as on date, to approach this Court particularly when the employee himself has neither authorised filing of the writ petition nor has actually filed the present writ petition.
Writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
