1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married without their parents approval.
2. It has been submitted that date of birth of the petitioner no.1 has been mentioned in the Adhar Card is 07.01.2002.
3. This Court had directed the petitioners to appear in person on an earlier occasion.
4. Petitioners are present before this Court. From the appearance of the petitioner no.1, she appears to be major.
5. Learned Standing Counsel has also received instructions and submits that no F.I.R. has been lodged, only the case of missing of the petitioner no.1 Arti D/o Vinod Kumar had been reported in the police station concerned.
6. The copy of the information sent to the office of learned Standing Counsel by the police station concerned is taken on record.
7. In case the petitioners have married and the parents are opposing their marriage, they may approach the Station House Officer, Police Station Vidhpura, District Etawah, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
8. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
