1. Pursuant to notice, Corpus-Rinkuben has remained present before the Court alongwith her father.
2. The petitioner, claiming to be the husband of Corpus-Rinkuben, has filed this petition alleging that the Corpus is illegally detained by respondent Nos.4 to 8 against her wish.
3. We have talked with the petitioner as well as with Rinkuben, independently and jointly. Corpus-Rinkuben has stated that she is not under the pressure of her parents or relatives and she wants to go with her father. Since corpus Rinkuben is aged 18 years, she is free to go whereever she wants to go. Accordingly, she is free to go and stay with her father-Devjibhai Vanaji Padhiyar, who is present in the Court.
4. In view of the above, learned advocate for the petitioner Ms Archana Acharya seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
