This application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 144 days in filing Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 13.7.2011 passed in Sessions Case No.87 of 2010 by the learned 3rd (Ad-hoc) Additional Sessions Judge, Bharuch, Camp - Ankleshwar.

Considering the reasons stated in application and facts and circumstances of the case, the delay of 144 days in filling the Appeal, is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute.
