(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the marriage of his son, which is scheduled on 14.04.2012.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP Shri Pandya, based on the report of the In-charge Superintendent of Police, Anand has submitted that the ground mentioned in the application is genuine.
From the jail remarks, we find that whenever the applicant was enlarged on temporary bail or was on furlough, he has surrendered to the jail authority in time.
Considering the totality of the facts, it is ordered that the applicant-convict shall be enlarged on temporary bail from 12.04.2012 to 22.04.2012 on personal bond of Rs.5000 and one surety of like amount. It is further directed that the applicant-convict shall surrender to the jail authority on 23.04.2012.
