Heard Ms. Shivangi Bhargava, learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this petition the petitioner wants enforcement of the terms and conditions of a partnership deed entered between the petitioner and respondent nos.2 and 3.
In our considered opinion, the terms of a partnership deed entered between the private parties are fully enforceable only through common law remedy. Neither any violation of statutory right has been claimed nor any statutory obligation is sought so as to maintain this writ petition.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
