Heard Mr. Priyanshu Kumar Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 28th August, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the third and fourth lines of the second last paragraph at page 3 of the order dated 28th August, 2018, reference has been made to "O.S. No. 67 of 2016 ( Alimuddin Vs. Arif)". The same is incorrect. The correct description is "O.S. No. 106 of 2016 (Arif Vs. Qadir & Others)". Similarly in the third line of the last paragraph at page 3 of the order dated 28th August, 2018, it has been mentioned as "O.S No. 106 of 2016 (Arif Vs. Qadir and others), which is incorrect. The correct description is "O.S. No. 67 of 2016 (Alimuddin Vs. Arif)". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistakes occurring in the aforesaid paragraphs at page 3 of the order dated 28th August, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
It is hereby provided that in place of "O.S. No. 67 of 2016 ( Alimuddin Vs. Arif)" as occurring in the third and fourth lines of the second last paragraph at page 3 of the order dated 28th August, 2018, O.S. No. 106 of 2016 (Arif Vs. Qadir & Others) shall be read. Similarly, in place of "O.S No. 106 of 2016 (Arif Vs. Qadir and others), as occurring in the third line of the last paragraph at page 3 of the order dated 28th August, 2018, "O.S. No. 67 of 2016 (Alimuddin Vs. Arif)" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 28th August, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
