Mr.Nanavati, learned counsel tenders photo copy of the order dated 25.04.2012 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.28546 of 2011 in response to the order dated 01.08.2011 passed by this Court in Appeal From Order No.230 of 2011. The said copy is taken on record.
