1. Petitioners are belonging to different religions and claimed to have got married after due conversion of one of them. Therefore, they are required to give declaration as required under U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act, 2021.
2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioners to initiate appropriate proceedings under U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act, 2021 for giving declaration as required under the Act.
