Supplementary affidavit filed in court today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 103 of 2018-19 (M/s Aresko Estates Private Limited Versus State of U.P. and others) pending under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 within time bound manner which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2018 has not been disposed of finally till date.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Court concerned may endeavour to decide the matter expeditiously.
However it shall ensure that other matters of similar nature that have remained pending for a greater period of time shall necessarily be afforded precedence.
