Heard Mr..G.Maruthiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 13.07.2013 made in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.7899 of 2013 has been set aside on appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Contempt Petition.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
