1 By order dated 6.3.2012 this Court (Coram : K.M.Thaker, J.) had passed the following order :
"Mr. Vakil, learned Counsel for the respondent company has submitted that in the process of resolution of the dispute between the parties, it is agreed by the respondent company that within period of about 1 week respondent company shall make further payment of US $ 50,000/- to the petitioner company and so as to ascertain as to whether the payment has been made or not, learned advocates have jointly requested that matter may be adjourned to 16.3.2012.
Hence, for the present the proceedings are adjourned to 16.3.2012."
2. Mr.
A.A. Gandhi as well as Mr. A.S.Vakil jointly submit that the aforesaid order has been complied with. Both the learned Counsels further state that in order to explore the possibility of settlement some longer time may be granted. Hence, S.O. to 18.06.2012 at the request of learned Counsels appearing on behalf of both the sides.
