1. The application is taken out by the applicant, seeking below mentioned relief:
"6(b) Your Lordships may be pleased to grant amendment in the petition as prayed by the present applicant in the present application."
2. It is submitted that the application has been taken out in pursuance of the observations made in the order dated 11.6.2012 and to fill up the gaps in the narration of relevant details as observed int eh order dated 11.6.2012.
The relief as prayed for, i.e. for permission to amend the petition is granted. Leave to amend is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
