The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 524 of 2018 expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the defendants have already been served but they have not filed their written statement so far.
Having regard to the fact that the defendants are stated to be duly served, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that the trial court should make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
