By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 1273 of 2016 (Smt. Apurwa Srivastava vs. Rishiraj & others), under section 494 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Kasya, District- Kushinagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Kasya, Kushinagar in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
