The issue as to whether the Commissioner under Workmen's Compensation Act has the power of review of his own order or not has been decided by this Court in First Appeal No.2181 of 2007.
Mr Thakor for the respondents contended that the appellant has not challenged the order of the review application and therefore this appeal is not prima facie maintainable. However, the order passed in the review application is not against the present appellant and therefore they have not challenged the same. They have filed this appeal as they are held liable in the final order passed by the Commissioner.
