2. This application is filed seeking condonation of delay in filing First Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 8.9.2011 passed in Family Suit No.74 of 2010.

3. We are satisfied that the applicant has given sufficient cause in this application to condone the delay of 20 days occurred in filing the First Appeal. Therefore, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

4. First appeal shall come up for admission hearing on 16th February 2012.
