(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Heard learned advocate Mr. Mansuri for the petitioner. He states, upon instructions from the petitioner, that the petitioner has received an SMS from Mobile No. 9995683303 which reveals that the corpus is at the place known as Chorichoraya, Nr. Village Basaiya situate opposite to Kalimata Temple of District Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh State.
2. In view of above development, Notice returnable on 27.4.2012. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. R. C. Kodekar, waives service of Notice for respondent No.1.
3. The petitioner shall supply to respondent No.2 a transcription of the SMS received by him with details of the number from which it was sent and the number on which it was received. The petitioner is directed to preserve the SMS received by him from the corpus.
