JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA)
1. Pursuant to the previous order, the corpus is again brought before this Court she has expressed her unwillingness to go with the applicant. Learned counsel Mr. Kuntal Joshi submitted that the petitioner's complaints about serious offences against respondent No.3 are not accepted or entertained by the police authorities and, therefore, he is now required to again send a formal complaint by Registered Post A.D. to respondent No.2, alleging specific offences, urging the DSP to take appropriate action in accordance with law. He also submitted that the offence under Section 494 of IPC being a non-cognizable offence, the petitioner would file appropriate private complaint before learned Judicial Magistrate, if so advised.
2. In the meantime, in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances briefly narrated in a previous order dated 30th February 2012, wife of the petitioner, i.e. the corpus, is ordered to be kept at Women's Protection Home at Palanpur till further orders and hearing is adjourned to 24th February 2012 at the request of learned counsel Mr.Ahuja, who submitted that he would try to carry out necessary persuasion for an amicable solution to the problem which is basically a family problem arising in the family of the petitioner.
3. A copy of this order shall be give to learned APP.
