(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Upon Notice being issued, respondent No.3 is produced before the Court. Upon being asked, she has clearly and categorically stated that she does not want to live with or talk to the petitioner and she is living with her parents of her own freewill. She has further stated that she and her family are apprehending some threats on her by or on behalf of the petitioner and hence needs police protection. In these facts, the petition does not survive and accordingly it is rejected and Notice is discharged with no order as to costs with liberty to the parties to make appropriate applications before the authorities concerned for protection or enforcement of their rights.
