(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) A corpus is present before us. She is a major. Her date of birth being 06.12.1985. She is a Computer Engineering. She states that she got married to the petitioner on 31st March 2012. Thereafter they had gone to Ajmer wherefrom her parents intervened and took her to her uncle's house at Rander where she was virtually confined against her wish and was not permitted to contact the petitioner. She states further that, she escaped from that place and approached Rander police and sought help. She states that it was only at her instance that she has been admitted to Naarigruh at Surat. This she did because at that point of time she had no source of contact to the petitioner. She also states that she would like to stay with her husband.
2. We have talked to the petitioner. He is working as Lab Technician with PHC at Tadkeshwar in Surat where he is also having a house.
3. In view of the fact that the corpus and the petitioner both are spouses and are major, the corpus is free to go and stay with the petitioner. She would be discharged from Naarigruh after following requisite procedures.
4. Petition stands disposed of with above observations.
