JUDGMENT / ORDER

"Rule. Ld.APP Mr.Nigam Shukla appears and waives service of Rule for the Respondent. Looking to the peculiar facts of the case, it is ordered that the petitioners shall be enlarged on temporary bail in the sum of Rs.3000/- (Rs.three thousand only) with one surety of the like amount each for a period of one week from the date of their release. During the period when the petitioners are enlarged on temporary bail, they shall not temper with the evidence or influence the witnesses and shall maintain law and order.
Rule is made absolute.
DS permitted."
