1. By way of this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 197 days in filing First Appeal against the judgment and decree passed by learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Dhrangadhra in Special Civil Suit No.272 of 2006 (old Special Civil Suit No.9 of 1994).
2. There is no affidavit-in-reply opposing this application.
3. We have perused the contents of the application and found that the applicants have given sufficient explanation for condonation of delay. Under these circumstances, we are convinced that the delay occurred in filing the First Appeal has been fully explained. The application is allowed. Delay occurred in filing the First Appeal is condoned.
First appeal shall come up for admission hearing on 15th February 2012.
