Though the court had passed an order for calling the R&P so as to reach this Court on or before 23.2.2012 vide order dated 6.2.2012, it was not received. Therefore, again on 2.3.2012, an order was passed that, as R&P is not received, the matter is adjourned to 16.3.2012.
Today also, when the matter is called out, it is reported that R&P has not been received in the Office / Registry, which is confirmed by the Registry. Therefore, the court is constrained to pass the following order:
The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to follow it up and shall issue necessary intimation / fax impressing upon the concerned court to make R&P available without fail by 23.3.2012, and if the R&P is not received by that time, appropriate action shall be taken, that may also be impressed upon by the Registrar (Judicial) to the concerned court and / or the responsible person. The Registrar Judicial may issue necessary intimation / direction to the concerned court or the learned Principal Judge of the concerned court bringing it to the notice the state of affairs which shall be taken seriously without any further leniency.
The matter is adjourned to 27.3.2012.
