In a magistrate triable case, since the trial is not completed, the bail was granted.

After grant of the bail, there is no allegation that liberty granted has been misused. Since the ingredients required for cancellation of bail are missing, once the bail is granted under Chapter XXXIII, it can alone be cancelled on relevant grounds, which are altogether missing. In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
