1. Rule is already served on the claimants. Learned counsel for the applicant- Insurance Company stated that pursuant to order dated 19.7.2011 passed in this Civil Application, the Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount awarded by the Claims Tribunal with proportionate costs and interest.
2. Learned Claims Tribunal shall proceed for disbursement of such amount in accordance with its award dated 30.12.2010. It is, however, clarified that the fixed deposits, required to be taken out as per award dated 30.12.2010, shall be renewed till final disposal of the appeal or further orders that may be passed. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. Rule made absolute to the above extent.
