JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Applicants-
original claimants seek early hearing of the First Appeal, on the ground that judgment and decree of the Trial Court has been stayed.
First Appeal shall be posted for hearing on 19th June 2012, on condition that the applicants supply paper-book of the relevant depositions and documents.
Record and Proceedings may be called for from the Trial Court, if not received already.
