"Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in reversing the order passed by CIT(A) and thereby directing the Assessing Officer to delete the addition of Rs.4,00,000/- made on account of undisclosed income from construction business?

4.0 Paper-book be ready within three months.
