The order dated 27.1.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in M.C.A. No. 233 of 2012 in Special Civil Application (St.) No. 13664 of 2009 is set aside and the petition is ordered to restore to file.
Appellants are directed to remove the office objections within one month from the date of this order.
In view of the order passed in the main appeal, the Civil Application No. 1747 of 2012 is also disposed of accordingly.
