1.Following aspects are considered :-
(1) The statements of witnesses Vijay Kantibhai and Arjan Kukabhai, prima facie, indicate nexus between the appliant and the main accused and the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, C and D read with Section 120-B of I.P.C.
(2) The offence is of a serious nature, which tends to adversely affect the economy of the country.
This Court is, therefore, not inclined to entertain this application. The applicant is rejected. Notice is discharged.
2.It is clarified that the observations made in this order are purely for the purpose of deciding the question of bail and may not be treated as conclusive by the Trial Court.
