(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri Dave for the respondents stated that the respondents are in the process of filing appeal against the judgment of learned Single Judge, out of which, present contempt petition arises. He admitted that such Letters Patent Appeal would be beyond the period of limitation prescribed and stated that for such purpose, delay condonation application will also be filed.
At the request of the counsel for the applicants, respondents shall supply advance copy of Letters Patent Appeal and delay condonation application which may be filed.
