Along with the reply, the deponent has produced a communication dated 8.10.2010, by which the representations of the petitioner came to be turned down. In view of this, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this contempt petition, however with a liberty to challenge the decision of the authority in accordance with law. For such purpose, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this application.
