Heard the Ld. Advocates at length and after having gone through the judgment passed by the Trial Judge, I see no reasons to interference with the findings recorded by the Trial Judge. In my view, the Ld.Trial Judge has correctly appreciatal the evidence on record. Since, I am in total agreement with the reasonings of the ld.Trial Judge, and I find no substance in the Appeal the same is dismissed. Notice discharged.
