In the facts and circumstances of the case, applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw Rs. 12,865/- and the balance of Rs.75,000/- is ordered to be invested in fixed deposit, with a Nationalised Bank in the names of minors, applicants Nos. 2 to 7 by applicant no.1 as their guardian and next friend till the youngest minors attain majority on usual terms. Applicant no.1 will be entitled to withdraw quartely interest on that fixed deposit, directly from the Bank. Applicant No.1 to retain Fixed Deposit Receipt, with her and produce the xerox copy thereof before the Trial Court. Rule madae absloute. No costs."
