So far as Civil Application No. 11184/96 is concerned (Gujarat Dyestuff Industries Ltd), the unit is visited by GPCB and the inspection report is placed before us. The same is ordered to be taken on record.
2.So far as Civil Applications No. 11186/96 (International Dyestuff Industries Limited, Unit No.1) and No. Misc. Civil Application No. 834/96 (International Dyestuff Industries Limited, Unit No.2) are concerned, Mr. Nanavati, learned Counsel submits that as he could not request the Court at the relevant time to issue directions to GIDC to reconnect water supply, the same could not be connected, as a result of which the units have not been able to restart manufacturing activities. He, therefore, prays that GIDC be directed to reconnect the water supply to these two units. Accordingly, we direct the GIDC to reconnect water supply to these two units.
3.In all the three units, permission for trial production granted earlier is ordered to continue till 28.2.1997 on the same terms and conditions.
