In the facts and circumstances of the case, interim relief in terms of Para 6 (a) is granted on condition of depositing the award amount at the rate of Rs.50/- per sq.meter with proportionate costs and interest as per award within eight weeks from today in the Trial Court. On such amount being deposited, the respondent will be permitted to withdraw the amount at the rate of Rs.30/- per sq.meter with proportionate costs and interest. The balance of Rs.20/- per sq.meter with proportionate costs and interest will be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent on his furnishing a solvent security to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The applicants/appellants shall have to pay the amount of Rs.20/- per sq.meter in case of their failure in appeal with costs and interest as per the award. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
