The petitioner's claim has been rejected by respondent no. 6 under the scheme 'Mukhyamantri Kisan Avam Sarvhit Bima Yojna'. The claim of the petitioner is barred by limitation of 45 days. The period of 45 days has now been conclusively decided by this Court in Writ-C No. 15983 of 2020 (Gautam Yadav Vs. State of U.P and 3 Ors.), therefore, the said ground is not available to the respondents. The case of the petitioner shall also be decided in the light of aforesaid order by the authorities as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition stands disposed of accordingly.
