JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for petitioner has tendered apology and has requested for permission to delete the word "draconian" used in the memo of petition with reference to the order impugned in present petition.
The apology is accepted and leave to amend is granted. The petitioner shall forthwith delete the said word from the memo of petition.
Draft Amendment is granted in terms of draft amendment. The amendment be carried out on or before 17th March 2012. S.O. to 19th March 2012.
