The petitioners are aggrieved by passing of electricity transmission lines through plot No.272 situate in village Sahjadi Sarai, Tehsil and District Sambhal.
The aforesaid grievance of the petitioner can be taken care of by the District Magistrate in accordance with Rule 3 of the Work of Licence Rules, 2006 framed under the Electricity Act, 2003.
In view of above, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, respondent No.2 raising their grievance under Rule 3 of the aforesaid Rules within a period of two weeks from today, and in case any such representation is made the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks from the date filing of the representation along with a certified copy of this order.
