Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; the learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; Sri Santosh Kumar Srivastava for the respondent no.3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 16.01.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0005 of 2019 at P.S. Ramala, District Baghpat, under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506, 326 I.P.C.
The allegation in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offences and the victim has also suffered injuries.
By order dated 07.02.2019, the learned A.G.A. was required to produce the injury report of the victim.
Pursuant to above order, the injury report of the victim has been produced which reveals that he has suffered multiple injuries. There also appears a fracture in the nasal bone apart from loss of tooth.
In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioners to quash the first information report cannot be accepted.
The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail.
