Heard Sri Devesh Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel.
Petitioner a home buyer has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to expedite the recovery process pursuant to Recovery Certificate dated 27.02.2020 issued by Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar in Complaint No. NCR144/091/1100/2019 against respondent no. 2 as arrears of land revenue.
Learned Standing counsel submits that no purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending it be disposed of by giving appropriate direction to the authority concerned.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to execute the recovery certificate dated 27.02.2020 to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
Compliance report be submitted before us in chambers on 15.03.2021.
