Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
A joint compromise affidavit was filed by both the parties in this revision. The same was sent to the Magistrate concerned for verification and for sending his report.
Poonam Pathak, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 9 Agra, has sent a report dated 28.06.2018 stating that the compromise filed by the parties before this Court has been verified and both the parties have appeared before the Court and have attested the compromise.
In view of the aforesaid report, the compromise affidavit filed by the parties stands verified.
In view of the compromise the Complaint Case No. 817 of 2010 (Deepak Vs. Anjul Kulshresth and others) under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC police Station- New Agra District- Agra is hereby quashed.
